How to Play

Fifty players drop onto Kestrel Isle. Loot fast, fight smart, stay ahead of the blue zone — and be the last one standing.

The match in 60 seconds

  1. Enter a callsign on the home page and press Play.
  2. The cargo plane crosses the island. Press F to jump whenever you like.
  3. Dive to fall faster, then press F again (or wait) to deploy your parachute and steer with WASD.
  4. Land on a building, grab a weapon, armor and healing items before anyone finds you.
  5. The blue zone shrinks every few minutes. Staying outside drains your health, so keep moving into the circle.
  6. Eliminate everyone else — or simply outlive them — to win the match.

Landing strategy

Where you land decides your first two minutes. Named towns have the densest loot and the most company; coastal huts and lone farmhouses are quieter but you may only find a pistol-tier start.

  • Dive early (hold the dive input while free-falling) to beat rivals to a hot roof.
  • Glide long by opening the chute high and steering flat toward a distant, empty compound.
  • Check the flight line on the map — everything directly under it will be contested.
  • Land on rooftops when you can: you get the first weapon and the high ground.

Weapons and armor

The arsenal covers assault rifles (M416, AKM, SCAR-L), SMGs (UMP45, Vector), a shotgun (S12K), marksman and sniper rifles (Mini 14, Kar98k) and an LMG (M249). Rifles are the safest all-round pick; shotguns dominate indoors; the Kar98k rewards patience and a steady hand.

Helmets and vests come in levels 1 to 3. A level 3 helmet is the single most valuable pickup in the game — it is the difference between surviving a sniper headshot and watching the death screen.

Healing and the blue zone

Bandages top you up in small increments, first aid kits and med kits restore large chunks of health, and energy drinks and painkillers boost your regeneration and sprint. Press H to use the best item you are carrying without opening the inventory.

Zone damage scales up each phase. Early on you can walk in from outside; in the final circles the blue zone will kill you in seconds, so rotate before the timer, not after. Grab a buggy for long rotations — engine noise gives you away, but arriving alive beats arriving quietly.
